When using the multiplayer room-code feature, you agree to play fairly. We reserve the right to modify or disable multiplayer features at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital content, design, and code in the app are owned by AmoHub Software. Oware is a traditional African game — we claim no ownership over the cultural game itself, only our specific digital implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an AS IS basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

AmoHub Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
